3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Eswatini Hits Service without restrictions.

Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with parental or legal guardian consent.

Users under 18 will automatically have explicit content filtering enabled and may have limited access to certain features, including monetization and payments.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must immediately notify Eswatini Hits of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or require changes to usernames at any time.

4.1 Service Options

Eswatini Hits provides free and paid services, including music streaming, downloads, artist uploads, analytics, and advertising-supported content. Certain features may require payment ("Paid Subscriptions").

4.2 Trials and Promotions

We may offer free or discounted trials. At the end of a trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. You will be notified before the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial period.

EU/UK Users: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection laws. You will receive a full refund if you cancel within this period.

4.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party applications, devices, or services. Eswatini Hits is not responsible for third-party services and does not guarantee compatibility or availability.

4.4 Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Content availability may change due to licensing, legal, or operational reasons.

5.1 Payments

Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

5.2 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' prior notice via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or where explicitly stated in these Terms. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless legally required.

EU/UK Users: You have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, in accordance with EU/UK consumer protection laws. This right applies to digital services purchased online.

7.1 Artist Eligibility

Artists uploading content represent and warrant that they own or control all rights necessary to upload, distribute, and monetize the content.

7.2 Royalties and Payments

Artist earnings are calculated based on verified and legitimate downloads or streams.

Eswatini Hits does not guarantee any minimum earnings.

We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse earnings in cases of fraud, artificial activity, or violations.

7.3 Content Removal

We may remove or disable access to artist content at any time for legal, policy, or operational reasons.
